I’ve spent nearly a decade leading HR departments in both the public and private sector. My passion is helping organizations grow, adapt, and support their people more effectively. Most recently, I built and led the HR function for an organization that tripled in size quickly — a fast-paced, hands-on experience that sharpened every aspect of my HR toolkit.
I hold SPHR, SHRM-CP, DISC, and DOT Drug Testing certifications — and a deep love for solving complex workplace problems. But more than anything, my passion lies in helping companies empower employees to thrive — at work and at home.
